Adriana brings her experience as Vice President of Membership of her sorority and her position as Founder & CEO of Little Words Project Inc., a successful business with worldwide distribution through retailers like Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy’s, Barnes & Noble & Hallmark. It has been her life-long dream to launch a non-profit that would impact the lives and self-esteem of women and she is thrilled to see her dreams come to fruition.
Jen
Jennifer has 8+ years of experience providing therapy to college-aged women, supporting their academic, social, emotional, spiritual, and physical health. She is a skilled and dedicated Psychology Lecturer at Rider University, giving her first-hand knowledge of college women’s struggles and successes. Jen also supervises a mentorship-based community program for 80 first-year college students. She is passionate about empowering college women make their post-graduation dreams a reality, particularly those from underrepresented groups.
Amy
Amy holds 10+ years of experience in marketing across the education, hospitality, and technology industries. Currently, she serves as an Industry Manager at Microsoft Advertising consulting with global retailers on their digital strategy. Amy's leadership and active membership in employee resource groups, such as Women of Microsoft Advertising, Blacks at Microsoft, and embRACE has allowed her to serve as a mentor and educator to high school and college students seeking careers and internships in STEM organizations.
Karen
Karen’s is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey with 9+ years of experience in business strategy, financial management and consulting. Karen actively mentors collegiate women in navigating the next steps of their careers as part of a finance leadership development program. Karen has served as the President of her sorority, leading and empowering over 80 collegiate women and 6 executive board members.
Mary
Mary boasts 10+ years of experience helping nonprofits, organizations, and businesses connect and engage with the people they serve. She is a mom and strategic communications consultant who has worked on Capitol Hill, in the energy industry, and with businesses and nonprofits aimed at increasing women's representation in leadership positions across the U.S. Mary worked as an educational leadership consultant for her sorority for two years following her college graduation, providing training to more than 4,000 collegiate members and volunteers across 42 states.
Stephanie
Stephanie is a Girl Empowerment and Confidence expert and Creator of the Empowered Girls Rise Movement. She is also co-author of #GirlConfident: Discover Your Most Confident Self - a workbook designed to help girls build self-esteem and confidence. She has been a teacher in an urban school district for over a decade. She also provides education to parents, educators, schools and organizations on how to empower girls.
